What is the difference between Beluga Messenger and Twitter?

There are a lot of people who are familiar with Twitter, but not everyone is familiar with Beluga Messenger. For those who do not know, these two apps are similar to each other. It gives people a chance to share what they are thinking about for that day. Beluga is an application that has been acquired by Facebook back in 2011.
You can also send and create messages several times in a row, similar to how you use Twitter. Years later, a lot of people are still familiar with Twitter, and there are still some people who use Twitter, but not everyone will know that Beluga used to exist.
