The reason that they call it this is because the fighter must hit the eight points of contact. Muay Thai is practiced in most local festivals and celebrations in Thailand, as it is Thailand’s national sport. Tae Kwon Do is the strategy of the foot and fist, and it helps to develop speed, strength, agility, and survival skills.
This skill began developing in Korea in 1940 to 1950. There are two martial arts that are performed in the Olympics. One of them is Tae Kwon Do. Tae Kwon Do is the oldest Korean martial art.
