If there is one obvious difference between the two, it is the fact that cocaine is some sort of drug that is considered to be illegal. Caffeine, on the other hand, is a type of psychostimulant which you can find in a lot of drinks and even in some food. There are some people who need to have enough caffeine in their system; otherwise, they will not be able to function.
Cocaine can give people a type of high that is unlike any other. There are some people who would feel like they are on top of the world. The problem is, the moment that the high starts coming down, people will start to feel depressed. Those who also have caffeine may sometimes feel this way but not in strong bursts like cocaine.
