It a good thing to wish to grow taller, but the fact is one cannot control his/her height; it is controlled by genes and other traits.
But some factors can influence one to grow taller while in the development stage.
1. Consume a balanced diet. Get enough protein, zinc, calcium, water, and also vitamin D. They all help to promote bone and muscle growth.
2. Exercise throughout your teen years and in puberty.
3. Try not to stunt your growth by consuming a high amount of alcohol and drug because it affects growth.
4. Get adequate sleep and rest often because of most of the human growth hormone produced in our body during sleep.
5. Have a good posture.
