An introvert is usually described as easy-going people who are shy, quiet, and thoughtful; they calculate before acting to know the benefits and also the consequences. Introverts are treated in different ways, depending on the environment or situations. In some environments, they are treated like smart ones since they are very thoughtful, self-aware; they learn things easily and have a higher sense of imagination.
In some environments or situations, they are regarded as proud people because they are shy and don’t want to relate with people and want to always be alone; they hardly share their ideas with people. They are also called snub because they ignore people in most situations, and staying with people drains their energy.
It seems that the world is a bit biased towards introverts in general. A lot of people feel that being introverted can make them advance slower as compared to their extroverted peers. Usually, introverts and extroverts react differently to various environments. For example, there are extroverts that like fast-paced environments while there are introverts who would rather work in environments with lower stimulation. Some introverts are given a hard time by their peers.
Some people feel that introverts usually feel that they are being judged for looking anti-social, but actually, they are not anti-social. They just prefer to choose the company that they keep. Some introverts find it harder to live up to society’s standards.
A lot of people are saying that the world wherein we live right now is not very kind to introverts. It is obvious that a lot of people would rather deal with extroverts probably because they are easier to talk to. Extroverts will have no trouble speaking to people, motivating people to do what they should, and so much more.
Introverts are not outgoing, and they may not immediately become noticed at the present time. The best thing that introverts can do so that they can function in today’s society is to mix their other traits with their intelligence. It will be easier to come up with ideas that will help them do better.
