The static character is one of the characters that will not make any changes to any part of the whole thing, whether it is at the beginning of the end. The dynamic character is something that may necessarily make some changes at one point in time. There are times when the changes may happen over the same course.
There are a lot of people who would rather choose dynamic circuits over static ones because they feel that the integration density may not be used properly. Just remember that there are still instances when dynamic systems may need more logic in order to work. You should know which between dynamic and static will be more ideal for your needs.

This situation is what makes them dynamic. These characters grow, develop, obtain wisdom, and emerge changed in the end. The change is generally not with anything in the story but in character themselves. Static characters are often minor characters in the story, while dynamic characters are usually the main protagonist.
