HDPE is known to be high-density polyethylene. This is a type of polymer material that can be formed because of ethylene monomers. MDPE is also known as medium density polyethylene. HDPE is a type of material that you can mold at a certain temperature. Then, you can wait for it to become solid once it cools down.

MDPE is known to be less dense as compared to the HDPE. It will not be as scratch resistance, especially when it is compared to HDPE. There is a chance that it will become exposed to too much stress, and it will also crack. This is used in producing different packaging films and also carrier bags.

Out of about five physical layers of the earth, Lithosphere and Asthenosphere are both parts of the layers, and both are made of materials that are not too different. The lithosphere is the outer layer of the earth, and it consists of uppermost solid mantle and crust. In contrast, the upper part of the earth's mantle is what is known as the Asthenosphere. It is the layer of the earth under the lithosphere, and in other words, it is the middle layer of earth.

The temperature at the Asthenosphere is very high compared to that of the lithosphere, and if any material should solidify in the Asthenosphere, it will be formed on the lithosphere since the Asthenosphere is right under lithosphere.

And due to the high temperature in the Asthenosphere, its rocks are like plastic, and that's why they can easily solidify to be part of the lithosphere. Lithosphere, on the other hand, consists of hard rocks. In terms of density, Asthenosphere has a higher density compared to the lithosphere.
