One of the things that you should realize is that Kinect and Move are two different things. Kinect will make use of a camera to make the players feel that they are in a different place. This would not require any controller to use. You can just use your console to wave and talk. The Playstation Move is completely different.
You would need to use a camera and also motion-sensing controllers so that you will know how your location can be read, and your different movements will be sensed by the controllers as well. People will have different preferences between the Playstation Move and the Xbox Kinect. It will be up to you which one you like better.
