In the past, the only way that XML could be processed was by using analyzing languages like SAX or the use of DOM (Document Object Model). The developer had to generate code, which became known as JAXB and XmlBeans. The code or language can analyze the language of an XML document. The application had been frequently broken down the code into distinct parts to be made available to the directed applications. The main difference between JAXB and XMLBeans is the method that each one enacts to organize XML documents. XMLBeans processes the complete XML document without going through Java conversation as the XML document's data reliability is lost. JAXB, on the other hand, comes tied with the XML schema. JAXB is preferred if you are looking for superior performance.

JAXB is a part of JavaEE standards, which refers to Java Architecture when it comes to XML Binding. This process is usually put into use when it comes to the processing of XML documents also. Some prefer JAXB because it offers an alternative for XML documents processing in Java without having to compulsorily know all the little details of XML technology. JAXB is available as an open-source package in JavaEE 5. This package enables you to do your data binding and also makes the accessing and reading of XML documents easy, which are written already in the Java programming language. On the other hand, XMLBeans was developed by the BEA system as an open-source project which performs some sort of similar function to that of JAXB by allowing for the accessing of XML documents. However, you really need a thorough background knowledge of XML to be able to handle XMLBeans

People will have preferences with whether they would like to use XMLBeans or JAXB. XMLBeans usually come from a handy tool called ins2xsd. This is a program that will allow you to create an XML schema that will be used for the XML instance. JAXB, on the other hand, stands for Java Architecture for XML Binding. This can be used so that the changes that are required for the XML Schema can be done properly. JAXB is now being used to make the development process easier as compared to before. Other features include a full XML schema support, schema mapping, and so much more.
