GMC or General Motors truck Company and Chevy or Chevrolet are both brand names for some vehicles. People easily confuse the two for each other in that the vehicles that are manufactured under these brands are almost identical. Out of the two, the Chevy brand is performing better than GMC in the market. The reason for this is because Chevy is known for manufacturing different kinds of vehicles such as Crossovers or SUVs, vans, trucks, compact cars, sedan, etc. On the other hand, GMC is known for manufacturing Pick-ups, Crossovers, and Vans. Although one can encounter so many similarities between Chevy and GMC, most especially in SUVs; however, their primary difference is cosmetic. You will see this when you compare their interiors, emblems, grills, etc. Meanwhile, a lot of people still believe that GMC models are superior to the Chevys in terms of their aesthetic values.
