Judaism refers to the Jewish faith, while Zionism defines the philosophy behind an exclusively Jewish state: the physical and spiritual homeland meant specifically for the Jewish people. You can be a Zionist as a Jew, but not all Jews are Zionists.

There are many Jews all over the world, and most of them reside in Israel or America. Zionists are hardcore. They tend to lack compassion, and they are quite rigorous in their beliefs. Judaism means living by the rules of the Jewish holy book, the Torah. Judaism is a religion that commits to its people, and there are not any ulterior motives or hidden agendas. Judaism is a simple way of life.

Zionism, on the other hand, speaks exclusively of the Jews. This form of Jewish practice is interested in the lineage of the Jewish race, which is separate from others. The Jewish people have suffered persecution because of their race. The Zionists do not support their kind, as they tend to be ignorant about the Jewish people.

Judaism describes the faith of the Jewish people, while Zionism describes a kind of spiritual and physical homeland that is exclusively meant for the Jews. Relatively all Jews believe in Judaism, but only some of them believe in Zionism. This is to describe the fact that all Zionists are Jews, whereas not all Jews are Zionists. Also, all Zionists believe in Judaism, but not all that believe in Judaism also believe in Zionism. The Zionism movements actually began in Europe in the 19th century which was targeted to sensitive the Jewish people to end their exile and return to their holy land. Very few people subscribed to this in the first instance, but when the Second World War began, more people started to buy into the movement. Judaism, on the contrary, believes absolutely in the book of Torah, the tenets of the Jewish holy book, and they live by it. They believe that anything that happens to them is as the Almighty wants, and they need no form of sectarian, national, or political agenda.

Zionism and Judaism can be confusing for some people because they seem to be the same. They are known to be different things that are important to people. One main difference is that Judaism is a religion while Zionism is known to be a political movement.

Judaism and Zionism are somewhat connected to each other. Zionism believes that Jewish people do not have any history or destiny. There are some people who believe that you cannot be Jewish if you do not follow Zionism.

There are also some people who believe that they are Zionists without necessarily becoming Jewish. Judaism believes that it is important to believe in a single God. Zionism is one of the practices of Jewish people in the past.

Zionism and Judaism are not the same in anyways, but the fact that both are common to the Jewish people might make you think they are the same. Judaism refers to the religion of the Jewish people, and it has a lot to do about their beliefs. Those who are practicing Judaism are expected to do the will of God, as expressed in the first five books of the Hebrew Scriptures given to Moses as Torah.

Jewish people are also expected to live a life full of dignity and pureness of heart, as instructed in the Torah. Zionism is a form of movement by some Jewish people who want Jewish people to be recognized as a nation, and as such, they are qualified to have a national homeland. While all those who believe in Zionism can be regarded as Jews, not all Jews can be regarded as Zionists, because there are other Jews who are not part of the movement.
