The main goal of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop is to make sure that all of the projects that you have done will stay in sync with each other. You can simply allow it to sync, and all of the projects that you have created will become available. You can also stop it from syncing if you want to keep the projects that you are doing between your gadgets to become separate.
For example, you may have some personal projects that you are doing at home. You may not want to sync that project with the one that you are doing on your computer. Just select Sync On/Off for that option.
