I have done a lot of things to my hair. I love my hair, and I try different things from time to time.
I wash my hair regularly, it’s a long process, but I have to endure it. I first shampoo my hair; then I put hair mayonnaise for 15 minutes so it can work its magic, then I rinse it off and put my conditioner and comb gently.
After washing, I comb gently and braids for it to dry off; when it dries, I trim the ends in order to have an equal length.
When I am about to style my hair, I do not hold it too tight in order to avoid breakage. I use enough to leave-in conditioner in order to make sure my hair is always smooth and easy to comb.
Ever since l yielded to advise which later put an end to the serious hair fall, which I used to experience in the past, I have also included a couple of hair maintenance tips which are indeed the best as far as I'm concerned. First, I have learned to be very careful not to comb wet hair exactly how I would do to dry hair. You can easily suffer a level of hair fall when you comb wet hair without being careful because they will be too soft at that moment.
Another way to maintain healthy hair is to stop washing your hair every day. I always ensure I do this because it has really helped me a lot. However, if you think this is not too good for your hair, you should always wash your hair with shampoo, or any type of hair conditioner. Use cold water to rinse your hair as it will give more strength to it.
