There are four main branches of anthropology, which include biological or physical anthropology. This study focuses on an evolutionary perspective of the human population and how diversity plays a role in it. It can also be applied in the field of forensics.
Archeological Anthropology examines human societies and cultures from the beginning of time and how they have evolved as time has progressed. Socio-Cultural anthropology is the analysis of societies and cultures that circle the globe. Finally, Linguistic anthropology is the study of the diversity of languages among different cultures in the world and how they are affected by society.

Lastly, linguistic anthropology focuses on languages that are spoken by people and how the main language for many cultures happen to change over time. All of these fields are important for understanding the human condition of people.
