I have many New Years Resolutions because I have many things that I want to accomplish before the year is up. I always break down my resolutions into three categories, which include professionally, financially, and personally. Professionally, I want to transition into becoming a full-time writer. This will take a lot of hard work and dedication, but I am on my way to cross that goal off my list.
Financially, I want to increase my savings significantly and learn more about stocks and bonds. Personally, my resolution is to grow stronger relationships with my husband and daughter, as well as have us buy a home.
My New Year resolves to be healthier, and I will accomplish this with regular exercise and being mindful of the foods I eat. I will not spend all my time counting calories, though, because no one wants to live their lives doing that.
My exercise of choice is briskly walking outside while listening to my awesome collection of music, which I put together specifically for this purpose. My favorite food is definitely salmon, it is both healthy and delicious, and I will figure out new and different ways of preparing it.
