When will Birds of Prey (2020 film) HIT the theatres?

Birds of Prey is set to be released into the theaters on February 7th, 2020. Back in 2015, the movie was pitched to Warner Bros. In May 2016, after the release of Suicide Squad, Warner Bros. Pictures announced that the spin-off of the film would be centered around Harley Quinn and numerous other female DC Comic hero villains.

For the next three years, the writers and the crew of the film worked diligently to create a product worthy of presenting to Warner Bros. After this time; the studio felt that the project was ready to move forward. A director was chosen in April 2018. Production was set to begin by late 2018 or early 2019.
