Hanukkah is mostly celebrated in Jerusalem, Israel. Jerusalem is the homeland of the Jews. Jerusalem is the most traditional place to celebrate the festival. Other places like Belgium, Myanmar, Russia, Italy, Iran, India, Poland, Morocco, Turkey, Germany, France, Yemen, Algeria, England, Canada, Australia, Hungary, and many states in America have a large population of Jew that celebrate Hanukkah annually.
However, many people, especially Jews based outside Israel, like to travel to Israel to celebrate this festival as this is the most obvious to celebrate the festival. Hanukkah is celebrating mostly. During the celebration, people come together to light the Menorah, recite prayers and blessings, sing Jewish hymns, exchange gifts, and feast together.
