The Miss Universe presents 90 contestants from 90 different countries. The ninety countries that participated include Albania, Argentina, Aruba, Angola, Armenia, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Brazil, Bulgaria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Bolivia, British Virgin Islands, Cambodia, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Dominican Republic, Cayman Islands, China, Costa Rica, Curacao, Denmark, Ecuador, El Salvador, Finland, Georgia, Great Britain, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, France, Germany, Guam, Haiti, Iceland, Indonesia, Israel, Jamaica, Honduras, India, Ireland, Italy, Jamaica, Kazakhstan, Korea, Laos, Japan, Kenya, Kosovo, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mauritius, Mongolia, Namibia, Malta, Mexico, Myanmar, Nepal, Netherlands, Nicaragua, Norway, Paraguay, Philippines, Portugal, New Zealand, Nigeria,

Out of these 90 countries, 20 of them qualified for the final round. And just a winner is needed with two runners-up.
