You may want to make your trip to the Niagara Falls even more memorable. Seeing it in person is already considered to be very memorable to a lot of people, but there are certain activities that can make it even more fun. You can check out Maid of the Mist and have an even more awesome experience. You can also check out Niagara Falls Botanical Gardens and Butterfly Conservatory.

There are also other parks that are within the area that will still give you an awesome view of the falls. Remember to take a lot of pictures to remember the moment. Some would even go to a nearby winery because they feel that the view and wine will always be a good combination.

A favorite Niagara Falls State Park attraction for over 150 years is The Maid of the Mist. The ride begins at the observation tower. It is at this point visitors are given a souvenir rain poncho to wear and board the Maid of the Mist boat. Another Niagara Falls gem is the Niagara Parks Botanical Gardens. This area is dedicated to exquisitely preserved gardens with thousands of species of plants. The Gardens also features their famous butterfly conservatory, where a plethora of butterflies delicately flies among the sweet-smelling flowers.

Also, there is the Niagara Glen Nature Reserve, which is located off the Niagara Parkway on the Canadian side of the falls. This nature preserve oversees the Niagara River, and it’s a natural beauty. It has more than two miles of footpaths through the forest. Also, The Cave of the Winds has you strolling across wooden walkways that get you up near and personal with the Bridal Veil Falls while standing on the "Hurricane Deck."

The major reason why you want to visit Niagara Falls is to see the falls, and one the best way to enjoy this is to spot a poncho and hop on a Maid of the Mist boat for a tour. Make sure you visit both the America and Canadian sides of the fall so you can see but unique views without missing anything. You should visit the Niagara Parks Botanical Gardens and the Butterfly Conservatory. You can also visit the Old Fort Niagara, which is located on the U.S. side of the Niagara Falls, this site holds many histories of many events.

The Fort was made in the 17th Century. The site has seen many Wars. These include the Indian war, the French war, and the American Revolution. The Cave of the Winds also another site to seem this place is known as the famed Hurricane Deck. The cave is just some feet away from the base of Bridal Veil Falls, which is on the America side. You can also go hiking; you will most definitely find Niagara Gorge hiking trails exciting; you can also take a trip to the Lockport Locks and the Erie Canal Cruise.

One os the reasons why people may not decide to push through to see the Niagara Falls is they are not sure what they would do there anyway. Some may think that this is just the same as the regular fall that you can find in different parts of the world. You should start to realize that this is different.

This waterfall is considered to be iconic because you can see it from Ontario and witness and feel it when you are in New York. You can check out Maid of the Mist there. You may also check out the other tourist spots within the area, such as the Old Fort Niagara. If you want to know more about its history, you can try out Journey Behind the Falls.
