It is still best for you if you would consult with a dietician or a nutritionist regarding the amount of peanut butter that you should consume in a day. There are instances when you need to eat more or less than the recommended amount depending on your health. If you are healthy and you are within the normal weight range for your height, you can eat about 1 to 2 tablespoons of peanut butter every day.

This will be enough to provide you with some of the minerals and nutrients that your body needs. You might think that two tablespoons are too small, especially when you are trying to make peanut butter toast. Remember that peanut butter is still high in fat, and you should not consume too much fat.

Everyone is recommended to consult a dietician because there are always going to be some differences with the amount of peanut butter that one should eat in a day. Most people are recommended to consume about one to two tablespoons every day.

Peanut butter may be enough to provide the healthy fat that people need. A lot of people also like peanut butter because they can be tasty. Just remember that not all peanut butter products are the same. Some are healthier than others because they contain a fewer amount of preservatives as compared to other brands.

One way that you can check how natural a peanut butter is through the way that it looks. Peanut butter should have a lot of natural oil on top and will be a bit runny as compared to more processed peanut butter.
