Peanut butter is considered to be a good type of food, especially when you would compare it with other food products. The thing is, even if this can be considered to be good for health, this is not a type of food that you should eat every day. It has nutrients, but it will not give you enough of the nutrients that you are searching for.
It is not likely to cause harm when you eat it often, but you may start gaining more weight, especially if you eat too much of it. Peanut butter is being promoted as a healthy food product, but you should still watch the amount of food that you will eat.
