Snacking on peanut butter is supposed to be good for the body. Some people have said that this is ideal for controlling hunger so that you will not feel the need to snack on other things anymore. Just remember that peanut butter still has a lot of calories. Some people may eat too much of it because this is being branded as “healthy.”
It may be healthier as compared to other spreads, but a tablespoon of peanut butter will have 100 calories. You can just imagine if you would eat more than one tablespoon. The best thing that you can do is always to eat it in moderation. You should also choose the other food products that you are going to eat it with.
