Some may get confused if human rights will actually apply to everyone. Every person who is born into this world has rights simply because they are human. It does not matter what they have done, what race they are, or what their family lineage is. Everyone deserves to have human rights because of who they are.
A lot of people think that moral rights are actually principles that can apply to everyone. Others can also see human rights added to certain international laws. There may also be some specific rights that may appeal from one country to another mainly because they still have their own culture to think about.
