There are international human rights that are available that do not actually depend on culture. International human rights are supposed to be followed by everyone no matter where in the world they actually are. The thing is the implementation of these basic human rights may sometimes change depending on their culture. For example, cultural diversity cannot be just forgotten just because of human rights.
There are still some things that will be accepted by some but will not be accepted by other cultures because they are just so different from what they are used to. The culture that people have grown accustomed to will be hard to crack. Only if people would choose to leave certain cultures can they truly understand some of the basic rights that they need to have?
