Animals do not have rights against other animals, but in some places in the world, animals have rights against humans who would like to do them harm. Under their rights, they have the right to be given the proper place to live. They also have the right to be given the right food so that they can be healthy. If in case the time comes when they would be suffering because of various conditions, their owners will be required to end their suffering so that they will not be in pain anymore.
There are some places wherein animal rights are being taken into account more as compared to others. There are still some people who view animals as items that they can possess. People seem to forget that they are actually living beings that also have the right to live their best life if they would be given a chance.
