How to create an online survey for small businesses?

With multiple survey types, it gets difficult to create the perfect survey.

To create a survey, you need to:

2. Check Questions & Add Response Options

Once you select the right template, check the questions available. If you wish to edit or add more questions, choose the edit option and create the template as you want. If you’re starting from scratch, you’ll see multiple customization options on the left corner of your screen.

3. Assign Points to Each Response:

If you choose a scored online survey, the next most important thing to do is assigning points for each response. This helps to calculate the overall grade.

4. Assign Overall Results:

Once users take the survey, their overall score is calculated on the basis of how you assign the points to each answer. You can specify values or grades based on the overall score of responders. You can also add personalized images and messages for each grade.
