A five-judge constitution bench was constructed in January 2019. It is because of the nature of the case, and it’s a politically sensitive verdict, the government has boosted the security for all the judges involved.

The judges for the Ayodha case include the chief justice of India, Ranjan Gogoi. Judge Bobde who is succeeding in the chief justice in India. Justice DY Chandrachurd, the former chief justice.

He was selected as a judge of the Supreme court of India. Ashok Bhushan who is chief justice of Kerala High Court. A Justice Abdul Nazeer who practiced in Karnataka high court for twenty years. He was promoted to the supreme court in 2017.

In January 2019, a five-judge bench was set up to head the Ayodhya case in the Supreme Court. These judges are CJI Ranjan Gogoi – He is currently the Chief Justice of India. He hails from Assam. Ranjan Gogoi joined the Bar in 1978, and in October 2018, he became the first from Northeast to hold this (CJI) position.

Justice Sharad Arvind Bobde – Bobde will be the next Chief Justice of India by November 18 after CJI Gogoi retires November 17. Justice DY Chadrachud was also part of the set of Judges on the case. He is a former Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court. His father is the prominent Justice YV Chadrachud.

Justice Ashok Bhushan – He became a Supreme Court Judge in 2016 after serving as a permanent Judge of the Allahabad High Court and Chief Justice of Kerala High Court in the past. Last but not the lease on this list of Judges is Justice S Abdul Nazeer. Justice Nazeer began his practice in 1983. He became a Supreme Court Judge in February 2017 after he served as Judge in Kerala High Court.
