Upon Epstein’s death, there have been several peculiar findings, and one of them was derived from the autopsy performed on his body. The results of this procedure indicated that Epstein had sustained multiple breaks in his neck bones. Among the bones broken in his neck was the hyoid bone. This type of break has little or no chance of occurring during a suicide attempt. They are much more common with victims of homicide by strangulation.
Hanging by leaning forward would not result in broken bones. Also, on the night of his death, it was reported that one of the cameras in the hallway outside Epstein’s cell mysteriously possessed unusable footage even though other visible footage was recorded. Two cameras that had malfunctioned in front of Epstein’s cell were sent to an FBI crime lab for investigation. The Justice Department is also investigating this case.
