Nand Kishore Gujjar is the BJP MLA, which sought a ban for season 13 of Bigg Boss. Gujjar is the legislator from Ghaziabad. He called for a ban on the show because he alleged that the show encouraged the use of vulgar language and obscenity.
Gujjar felt that the show was not a fit for Indian homes, and he questioned why Indians would support the show when it goes against their values. He also felt that the show was unfit because of the intimate scenes it had because these scenes can influence those in society, including children. Gujjar even went as far as calling on the minister in hopes of censoring the show.

A BJP legislator from Uttar Pradesh has sent a letter to Minister of Information and Broadcasting, Prakash Javadekar, requesting that he immediately stop the telecast of Big Boss 13, alleging that the show is spreading crudeness and harming the social morality of India. BJP MLA from Loni, Nand, and Kishor Gurjar wrote that the show was promoting obscenity and vulgarity, and it is not suitable for family viewing.
The show is against the cultural spirit of the country, and highly distasteful intimate scenes were a part of it. Couples of different communities were being made for sharing their beds with one another, which is unacceptable. The BJP lawmaker claims that shows like Bigg Boss are degrading the culture and morality of India.
The BJP MLA, who seeks a ban on Bigg Boss, is the legislator from Ghaziabad by the name Nand Kishore Gujjar. The legislator has written to the minister of Information and Broadcasting demanding a ban on the TV show, with the allegation that Bigg Boss reality show is encouraging vulgarity and obscenity. He believed the TV show is not fit for Indian homes. He also asked why India will still be supporting a show that is degrading the cultural and moral values of India. Another allegation is that the show is filled with intimate scenes.
This, according to him, is not supposed to be aired for people to be watching it. Intimate scenes that are being shown can affect the sexual behavior of the minors and children in society, especially when those things can be easily streamed online. He called on the minister to ensure that the show is censored so that his effort towards improving the cultural values of India can be seen.
