The green card is a type of card or document that will prove that people who are not originally in the United States can hold a position at work. The visa is known to be a temporary pass that can be given to tourists who would like to visit the United States. The visa will allow people to remain in the area for a certain period of time.
Most of the time, it would be up to 60 days. After 60 days, they should have returned to their home country. A green card will allow people to stay and work in America for an extended period of time. Both documents can be hard to acquire, but a green card is more challenging to get.

A visa is something that people may need, especially when they need to visit the United States, and they are not a citizen. This means that they will be allowed to enter the country for a limited amount of time. A green card is something that people will get, which means that they will be allowed to work in the United States.
Without a green card, people will be working in the United States illegally. The moment that people are discovered to be living in the United States far beyond their expected time or when they are discovered to be working, they will be deported. They will also not be allowed to go to the US again.
Visa and green cards both deal with certain rights allowed to a person while in the United States. Along with that, one must apply to both cards before they can receive them. Both cards differ in the rights the person has. One difference between them is that the visa is only a temporary card.
The purpose is to allow one in the United States for a certain length of time, which is outlined in the expiration date that comes with it. With a green card, the person can stay in the United States for however long they wish. The green card does not come with an expiration date.
