When you say MD, this means muscular dystrophy, while MS refers to multiple sclerosis. These two conditions seem the same in the beginning, but the more that you get to know about these two conditions, the more that you will understand their differences. MD is a condition that is made of other genetic disorders that may weaken and damage the muscles.
MS is a disorder that may cause the central nervous system to have trouble sending the required signals to the brain. MD is normally caused by a defective gene, while in MS, there are not enough clues that are available yet to know the cause. Having an MD will eventually weaken the patient while in MS, the effects will be different for everyone.
Calculating, Processing, Integrating, Differentiating are what intrigues me the most in a very beautiful way.

Multiple sclerosis is a central neurological disease that often affects the spinal cord and typically causes difficulties with strength and weight gain. Muscular dystrophy is a muscular disease, and it does not in any way disturb the central nervous system. Sclerosis presents and develops asymmetrically, and sensation results from the loss of myelin from nerve sheaths. Muscular dystrophy is typified by symmetrical muscle wasting and distribution of weakness in the muscles.
The sensation is not affected at all in this case. All types of muscular dystrophies are hereditary, while multiple sclerosis is not. Multiple sclerosis in the mild form will generally have no outstanding effect on the life expectancy of the patient, although a few more aggressive types may lead to death. Those who are suffering from multiple sclerosis will go on the live their lives. Muscular dystrophy is a death sentence.
