Hamas and ISIS are considered to be terrorist organizations that both hate Israel. This may be their similarity, but they also hate each other. There are times when they do things that would hurt other members of the other organization.
For example, last August, there were some deadly explosives that were planted in the area where Hamas group members reside. They know that this is the work of the members of ISIS.
Both of their philosophies actually come from Islam, but they have different goals from each other. Hamas would like to create an Islamic State while the ISIS would like to eliminate those who do not believe in Islamic beliefs.

Hamas which is an acronym for Ḥarakat al-MuqÄwamah al-ʾIslÄmiyyah is an Islamic resistant group. It was founded in 1987 as an offshoot of the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood after the first Intifada breakout. Hamas is in control of the Gaza Strip. It aims to establish an independent Islamic state. ISIS is the acronym for the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria. ISIS is a militant group that has been active since 1999 till date. The United Nations has labeled ISIS a terrorist organization.
The group is popularly known for its videos on beheading and other forms of executions of humans. ISIS works based on the ideology that there is only one way to eternal salvation which is to follow the Quran and examples given by Prophet Mohammed and companions which is to wage war to implement strict sharia law to fulfill the divine duty and any deviation from this path is described as an offense to God. Both groups are regarded as terrorist groups, but their ideology and style are different.
