Right now, there are a lot of organizations that are looking at microlearning, which means that the details that employees need to know will be delivered in short modules to make it easier for the learners to retain the information. There are also some who would use artificial intelligence to get to know the audience more. It will be easier to curate content that will be appreciated and understood by the learners.
