Creating a learning environment can be a hard thing to do, especially if those who would need to learn new things are feeling a bit tense. You can first start with some icebreaker games that will require people to go around and meet new people.
There are also some activities that you can do by the group. This will change things a lot. The person who is going to train will also be a huge factor in how the learning environment is going to be.
The person should be someone who is passionate and positive. The more positive that the trainer or the teacher is, the more that the students will also feel the same way.

A learning environment can sometimes be tricky to foster especially if it is obvious that the people who are there do not actually want to be there or if people feel bored about the whole thing. You can always make the learning environment better by coming up with some games that will allow different people to relax.
The more relaxed they are, the more that they would be able to absorb all of the lessons that you are trying to teach. You can also encourage different people to interact with each other. This will allow them to become more comfortable in their environment. You can start teaching a skill that will be essential for everyone. This skill can also be used for the other lessons that they may have to learn in the long run.
