The possibility that a child will be born autistic has increased steadily over the past years, especially in the US. The main reason for this is not because this is an “epidemic” but because people already have a better understanding of this condition. There was a time when people just assumed that there is something wrong with their child, or they have assumed that this is just a “phase” that the child is going through. Over the years, people have started to learn more about autism.
They know its symptoms, and some of them have also gone to the doctor for their observations. This made it easier for a lot of children to become diagnosed easily. Usually, autism can be diagnosed by checking out a person’s behavior. Those with autism usually have some trouble communicating and interacting with others.
