This is a liquid, hands down. The reasoning is pretty simple. In a solid, molecules don’t move much at all. They may vibrate a little if the object moves, but typically, it’s solid and the molecules are stationary. In a liquid, the molecules are all streamlined and contained, but they are moving.

That’s why liquids spread to fill their containers in one direction. The molecules in a gas will go everywhere all at once; that’s why there’s always air in a room unless it is directed in a single direction. Plasma is superheated gas, and it’s moving incredibly fast and everywhere, all over the place. Therefore, for molecules to be moving in only one direction, you have to be dealing with a liquid.
