I believe that in order to follow my own diet, I need to plan it out carefully. There are some diets that are too restrictive, and it can be enough to make people not want to stick to their diet. They may feel that they are trying to stop themselves too much from consuming what they truly deserve. I would create a diet plan based on how I believe my body works.

Following my own diet is probably one of the hardest things that I have to do. I sometimes check out the diet plans that are available online and I try to find one that will fit what I think my lifestyle needs. These are the given meal plans which one should follow:

Breakfast – 7:30am
3 eggs, scrambled
1 cup vegetables
1 piece whole-grain toast
1 cup coffee
1 glass water

Morning snack – 10:00am
1 protein bar
1 handful mixed nuts

Lunch – 12:30pm
4 oz chicken
2 cups salad
1 handful seeds
1 glass water

After exercise – 4:30pm
1 scoop whey protein
1/2 cup frozen fruit
1 tsp omega 3 oil
12 oz water

Dinner – 7:00pm
4 oz steak
1 cup cooked veggies
1 baked potato
1 glass water
