Curd or yogurt are both dairy products. Most times, what people are most concerned about is the nutritional benefits of the two products. Although both look very similar, the first noticeable difference between them is that the method of production of the two products is not the same. Another difference is that yogurt contains twice the amount of protein you would get from curd. This shows that yogurt is healthier than curd. However, this does not mean curd is a lesser product to yogurt.
Curd does contain substances that help in keeping your stomach cool. It does this by neutralizing the heat produced due to certain foods you have eaten. It also gives nutrients like potassium, calcium, vitamin B6, etc. All these benefits are very good for digestion. Also, both yogurt and curd produce bacteria which are very helpful in stopping digestive issues like constipation, acidity, indigestion and other digestive problems.
