Puerto Rico is a country that has a population of more than three million. The population of Puerto Rico has steadily declined. According to some reports, the decline has become faster over the past years. The birthrate in Puerto Rico has slowed down, but this is not the only factor that has contributed to its dwindling population.

There are a lot of people in Puerto Rico who are starting to migrate to the other states of America or to other countries because they feel that there are not enough opportunities that are available for them in their home country. There are some things that they want to do that may not be readily available in Puerto Rico.
