No, it will not be easy for people to purchase properties from J&K if they are not from the state. Those who are considered as permanent residents of the state will have no issues with purchasing the properties that they want as long as they have the funds to purchase the properties they want.
Outsiders of the state who may be interested in some of the properties will not be able to purchase even if they have the funds to push through with the purchase.
