OLA refers to the operational level of the agreement while SLA means service level of agreement. These are two types of agreements that are used in the Information Technology sector. The SLA is usually available between the customer and the service provider. This will ensure that the technological item that the customer has will be properly maintained.
The OLA is known to be a type of agreement that the different operational groups within the company may have. They will make sure that the relationship of the internal service groups will be properly maintained so that the performance will also improve or at least, will be maintained properly. The OLA does not require the company to connect with the customers.
