The car’s make is known to be the brand of the vehicle while the model refers to the name of the product. There are instances when the car model will also refer to the range of products that are being offered by a brand. For example, Honda is considered to be the car make but the model of the car is the Civic. There are still other models that are under Honda.

Some people are very particular about the make and model of the car that they would purchase. They know that there is a big chance that their choice will affect the fees that they have to pay as well as the insurance rates of the new vehicle.
