Hygiene is a practice done in order to maintain good health, prevent diseases. It can also be referred to as a process of keeping yourself or your environment clean. Hygiene can be easily said to be an act of cleanliness. Hygiene does not only take care of your physical appearance, prevention from disease; it also affects the mindset.

When your environment is clean and you are free from a disease, you will have more time to do other things. Good hygiene also plays a role in the way people perceive you. The basis of personal hygiene is to always take your bath, brush your teeth, comb your hair, wash your hands after using the toilet, and so on.

The World Health Organization defines hygiene as a number of practices that are performed to keep a person's health and prevent the spread of diseases. We see hygiene talked about a lot with the spread of COVID-19.

One of the practices of hygiene is to wash your hands. A person should wash their hands after they use the bathroom and after certain instances, such as touching raw food or changing a diaper.

Another practice of good hygiene is to the bath. This should be done daily, but some people shower multiple times of day, such as after they workout or come home from work.

Hygiene is a cycle of practices performed to protect health and counteract the spread of disease. Personal hygiene refers to the actions someone takes to be neat and clean, including showering, washing your hands, keeping nails trimmed and tidy, and washing clothes. It also includes keeping your room, house, or workplace clean and keep the germs at bay.

This routine is crucial these days, with coronavirus lingering in our society. It is also not enough to wash your hands, but you should even wash your hands properly, including singing the Happy Birthday song twice as you thoroughly clean your hands with soap and water. Poor hygiene is seen as disrespectful or even selfish, while good hygiene is seen as respectful, careful, and even professional. Hygiene is of the utmost importance.

Hygiene is referred to as some sort of process that people may do in order to make sure that they look clean and presentable. Having proper hygiene will also ensure that people are going to be healthy. Since they are clean, they would be able to remove viruses and bacteria that may cause them to have different diseases.

The cleaner the person is, the less likely the person is to be considered as dirty. Remember that brushing your teeth regularly is going to be a part of your personal hygiene. Some other things that you can do to improve your personal hygiene are to comb your hair and wah regularly.
