World because the small scale refers to a large area while a large scale looks at a small amount of area. This means that the largest land mass area would be the answer. In this case it is the world.

The answer to this question is world. A map’s scale is the ratio of a stretch on the map to its matching distance on the ground. This can be expressed as a ratio, as a fraction or in words. The map scale of the world is 1:50,000,000 and a map of a country usually scales from 1:600,000 – 1:2,000,000.

Since the world is the largest land area in the choices, it will have the smallest scale when drawn on a map. The street you are living in is not possible to see on a world map but is present in a city map dedicated to the city you are in.
