Instagram and Twitter are two examples of social media platforms. Both are similar in that they were created for content and media sharing. However, there are a lot of differences between the two social media platforms. Instagram was created in 2010, and it was created solely for media sharing; that is, it is a platform where you can post pictures, short videos for friends to view. Operations on twitter are more than media sharing; you can post different content on twitter. In fact, twitter is a good platform for politicians and celebrities because of news on twitter trends very easily.
On Twitter, you can't post any content using more than 140 characters. Instagram, on the other hand, does not really have a specific character limit. Twitter supports posting of ordinary text, video, pictures, and it is a good platform to conduct polls. Instagram focuses mainly on media sharing. This means you can only post pictures, GIFs, videos, and add captions or hashtags to them.
