There are already different types of Grade A maple syrup. In fact, some would choose their maple syrup depending on what they think will taste great. The golden color of the maple syrup will come with a delicate taste Grade B will be composed of a dark and strong maple syrup taste that is available.

They say that the grade will depend on when the maple syrup has been harvested. Grade B is usually taken later in the season which also means that there are more minerals that can be found in this type of syrup. A lot of people prefer grade A for the taste while people usually like grade B when they want to do a master cleanse.

You have just made a stack of pancakes. They are sitting on a plate on the breakfast table steaming and ready to be eaten. The butter is dripping down the pancake stack. However, you need the next thing to make this breakfast complete. That is the maple syrup. However, you went to the store and got two different kinds. One of them says Grade A maple syrup and the other says Grade B maple syrup.

You are confused as to which one you should use. Grade B syrups are darker in color compared to the lighter-colored Grade A kinds. Grade B maple syrup is not as delicate as the Grade A kinds. Lastly, there is really only one kind of Grade B maple syrups.
