Windows 7 and Windows 8 are both produced by Windows but there are certain differences between the two. Windows 7 was created in order to work well with PCs and laptops. Windows 8 was created in order to fit well with tablets and other gadgets.
It is obvious that the interface of Windows 8 is more graphical as compared to Windows 7. Some people still prefer using Windows 7 even if it considered to be old because this is reminiscent of early Windows like XP and Vista that people have become familiar with. Windows 8 was not as well-received as Windows 7 because people were reluctant to try something new when they are already happy with the features that Windows 7 can provide.
If you have a personal computer and you have windows on it, then you have been subjected to updating probably when you need your computer the most. That is, you shut down your computer only to turn it back on a few hours later when you are in dire need of it starting immediately only to find out that it is updating.
This will take a bit of time. Sometimes, it may be a minute or two, but I have had updating take hours. This means you can’t use your computer at that time. Windows 7 and Windows 8 are two types of operating systems. Windows 7 was earlier and windows 8 was later. If you have a touch screen, then windows 8 can use that, but windows 7 can’t.
