What is the difference between Artificial Intelligence and Human Intelligence?

Intelligence is perceived by most people to be as the general mental ability to reason, learn, and solve problems. One’s intelligence can be measured through standardized tests and can help people in choosing their career and prolong their life-span once they know their intelligence. But the most debated issue on intelligence is human intelligence vs artificial intelligence.

Human intelligence is the quality of the mind of humans when it comes to learning, adapting, and handling new ideas. Artificial intelligence, on the other hand, is the design and study of intelligence agents (robots)that are installed and programmed with thousands of formula and tons of information. They can solve problems as long as it in their memory or installed in them but they cannot discover new formula like humans that can discover and learn new information instantly.

People are wanting to live more comfortable lives by having machines do the work for them. They may have already seen some of the machines do work for them, including robots. For instance, there is a robot that will clean your floor.

Therefore, the main difference between artificial intelligence and human intelligence is based on where the information is coming from. Artificial intelligence is coming from some machine, whereas human intelligence is coming from a person like a scientist.
