When a woman reaches her puberty stage, part of what will inform her is the beginning of her monthly menstrual cycle. This usually comes with a lot of discomfort and pain in a woman. Often times, women begin to feel the pain some days before their monthly period start. Most times, you might easily confuse these symptoms with pregnancy symptoms because both come with similar symptoms.
PMS means premenstrual syndrome. It means the psychological and physical discomfort experienced by women between the period of ovulation and some days before menstruation. At times, these symptoms can go before or after the actual start of the menstrual period. Different symptoms like tiredness, nausea, the formation of aches, and cramps can be experienced by women, but they are for a short period of time. During pregnancy, all these symptoms will be experienced; even a pregnant woman might experience bleeding but not in a larger quantity. However, all these might linger to the time of delivery.
