Presence of mind means you are able to control, think, and take the best option during difficult situations. While taking a reasonable decision during difficult situations can be a difficult thing; however, there are some ways through which you can improve your presence of mind. First, don't rush yourself, and try as much as possible to listen to yourself. Look at the various options you have and choose the most appropriate one. Most times, we run into errors because we are too quick when making decisions.
Second, try as much as possible to look at your surroundings and think of the things that will make you stay focused on the right option you have chosen. When you have too much to accomplish within a particular period of time, try to prioritize and go for the ones you can easily do so as to avoid procrastination. Also, don't make things hard on yourself; try to get a break to refresh yourself. On the narrow end, and pull it gently and smartly.
